PREORDER CANCELLATIONS

All Who Ovulating preorder purchases are considered final once the order has entered processing or production.

If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and cannot be completed once an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or has been shipped.

ORDER CHANGES

Changes to the size, color, shipping address, or other order details are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.

PREORDER SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Estimated processing and shipping timeframes for preorder products will be displayed on the applicable product page.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to production, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

MIXED ORDERS

If an order contains both preorder and in-stock merchandise, the entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

CANCELLATIONS BY WHO OVULATING

In the unlikely event that Who Ovulating is unable to fulfill a preorder item, the affected item will be canceled and the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method.
